Deutschland-Semesterticket

The Deutschland-Semesterticket ticket is integrated via the ticket app from Verkehrsbetriebe Westfalen-Süd (VWS). This is available for Android and Apple. To register, all students at the University of Siegen will receive an email with an activation code from VWS. The student email address must be activated in order to receive the email. The Deutschland-Semesterticket is included in the semester fee. The Deutschland-Semesterticket ticket is valid as travel authorization for students during the semester on all local trains such as RB, RE, S-Bahn-Zügen (SPNV) and also on public transport such as buses, trams, subways etc. (public transport) throughout Germany.
